The planets that have no solid surfaces would be impossible to walk on. In our solar system these would be the gas giants (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune). In principle if a planet has a solid surface we could walk on it but we also need to think if we would survive there. Venus for example is too hot, and Mercury as well so we couldn’t walk there. Pluto and the other objects in the outer solar system would be too cold. We are left with Earth and Mars, plus some of the moons in the solar system. Titan for example would be a good moon to explore but we would need a very good suit to protect us.
