I didn’t start to like science until I took chemistry at high school and started to learn why certain chemicals react with others

I have always liked science really! As a kid I had a scientific encyclopedia and loved reading it and drawing the diagrams from it all the time.
I suppose my true love of science came in secondary school when we would do experiments and practical lessons. I really enjoyed doing experiments to help us understand and learn about areas of science and it made me want to have a job where I get to perform experiments and learn new things from them everyday 🙂

I didn’t really get to do a lot of science at primary school but as soon as I had formal science lessons and was able to do exciting experiments and hands-on learning, I really enjoyed it.
