Question: what inspired you to become a scientist?

I love finding things out and finding out how the world works. Biology was my favourite subject at school and I taught all 3 science for 17 years and decided I would like to change careers now my kids are older. I feel very lucky that I have been able to get into a science job so many years after doing my science degree!
