Great question. I think The immortal jellyfish has a very interesting lifecycle. It can revert back to the juvenile state after it has reached the adult stage, hence the name. It does this when it is exposed to environmental stress or gets sick or old which seems a very handy skill to me! I also find axolotl fascinating as they keep some juvenile features into maturity. Plus they have very cute faces!
