Question: whats your favourite thing about working there?

I work for the Civil Aviation Authority, we oversee everything to do with air travel and also space rocket launches. I really like working there because everyone comes from very different backgrounds and are really interesting to work with. We have people who are pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, data analysts, ex military, managers, policy writers etc. And I enjoy the work we do.

In my team we have service designers, user researchers, analysts, software developers – who are all really cool people.

Plus our office is next to Gatwick airport so we can see all the planes coming and going.

I also really enjoy my role as a Product Owner because I have a lot of freedom to create something new. the process of designing and testing a new system is really fun.
