      Most of my projects focus on decommissioning and waste management so luckily there has never been anything too high pressure. It has mainly been about ensuring we reach deadlines and project milestones, but if it takes longer people just accept that it will and would rather be late than have a rushed project.
      I have had to work over a weekend to do some investigative work to debug a fault and help discover the cause in time for a safety meeting on the Tuesday.
