      Oh my, what a great question. Okay this is going to have to be theoretical as a ship technically can’t sail outside the water? So with ALL the fuel in the world that wouldn’t change. But lets say it can sail through the air.

      Lets say a ships average speed is 20mph = 8.9m/s
      The internet says the world uses about 200 million tonnes, so 200,000,000,000kg of fuel annually. So lets use that number.
      A small ships use about 500kg of fuel per hour to go 20mph.
      So this would let you travel for this many hours in total: 200,000,000,000/500 = 400,000,000 hours = 1,440,000,000,000s
      Distance = Speed x Time = 1,440,000,000,000 x 8.9 = 12,800,000,000,000m

      THIS IS ABOUT 2-3 TIMES FURTHER AWAY THAN PLUTO 🙂
