We have several amazing medical schools throughout the UK so it would all come down to your preference about location – you have to study there for a minimum of 5 years to be a Doctor so you need to be happy where you pick!
With regards to college, more traditional A-Levels from a secondary school are potentially going to be better as you must have A-Level Chemistry and ideally A-Level Biology to go with it. They also consider A-Level Maths to be a good fit.
If you haven’t yet made your choices for 6th form, I would do some research into what medical schools are looking for, then pick your choices to match.
An alternative route is to go to university first and do a degree in a different BSc subject (3 years study) and then use that as entry into medical school (5 years study) but that is a much longer way round.
Whichever way you choose to go, if you have the passion to do the job, you can achieve anything!
