Question: what is your favourite part of being an experiment and who inspired you?

I’ve always enjoyed taking things apart and putting them back together. So designing and building experimental apparatus is lots of fun for me. Seeing it then work is also a big kick!

It was probably my teachers at primary school who put me on the route to becoming a scientist.
