  My favourite is the Orion Constellation. I like the old stories around it, that it is the hunter that is hunting the seven sisters (which is the Pleiades constellation), which Orion roughly points towards. It also features an amazing science target, the Orion Nebula Cluster, which is a very young star-forming region.
