sunflower because it’s bright, bold, and always looks happy. It can grow really tall, and I love how young sunflowers turn to face the sun during the day. They’re like the sunshine of the plant world. I love eating their seed too

My favourite plant to work with is the strawberry because it’s easy to grow, makes runners so you can get lots of new plants, and you can see the whole life cycle — from flower to fruit. Plus, it’s fun to study because you can actually eat the results!
