Probably, if you haven’t just cleaned it there may be lots of bacteria on your desk. If you have cleaned it there’ll be a lot less!
You can take swabs of different places and spread them on agar plates and see if anything grows?!

Don’t believe Dettol adverts! There are bacteria almost everywhere, but very very few are harmful.
Handwashing and good washing up are effective, without anti-bacterial agents.
