      There are a lot of different brain diseases with lots of different causes and effects. I study two diseases – dementia and motor neuron disease.

      Dementia affects older people, it can make it harder for them to remember things, and can change their behaviour sometimes

      Motor neurons are cells that send instructions from the brain to muscles and make the body move. Motor neuron disease is where these cells die and it gets hard for a patient to move
