What a great question, how come you’re interested in capybaras? I don’t know the answer exactly, as I’ve never had the chance to work with a capybara, but since they are similar to guinea pigs in terms of their body structure, I would imagine the number of bones they have would be similar to a guinea pig. I know that guinea pigs have more bones in their body than a person as their legs are made up of more, smaller bones, than a human being’s arms or legs.
