Question: how do you work out such incredible things such as the dinosaurs

Careful observation and study, lots of reading and research, lots of conversations with other scientists, publication of ideas, lots of arguments about those ideas, and then – hopefully! – we start to reach some sort of agreement. People have been finding dinosaur fossils for hundreds of years, probably thousands of years, but it’s only in the last 150+ years that we’ve begun to make sense of what these fossils actually tell us.
