      It depends what you mean by powerful rockets. The rockets launching from the very north of Scotland (Shetland Space centre) are “small” rockets by name, but they are actually very powerful. They have to lift off such a large amount of mass that the engines are super powerful. And they have multiple engines on each rocket!

      Small rockets are less powerful but look fast and powerful because they are very light.
