I did! But I would say for a lot of school it wasn’t necessarily my favourite subject. I also really liked Art, History and French (very different to science!). I did enjoy science though, especially experiments and some of the more interesting topics like space or nuclear physics. I did Physics as one of my A levels (along with Chemistry, Maths and French) and actually didn’t enjoy it that much! But this didn’t stop me doing my degree in Physics and I found university physics much more enjoyable
I did! I loved doing chemistry practicles the most out of all 3 sciences in school. On paper physics was my weakest science but that didn’t stop me from pursuing a career in it!
I didn’t always enjoy it at school! I struggled in the first year of my GCSEs to keep up with the content, and I found physics particularly difficult. It took a lot of hard work to get good grades, and then suddenly at A Level I realised biology was the subject for me!
I did enjoy science at school and I think physics was my favourite subject, although this was definitely helped by being taught by one of my favourite teachers. I was originally only planning to do an AS level (so only study it in Year 12) in chemistry and ended up enjoying it enough to continue for the full A-Level in Year 13 which was a little unexpected!
