I think every job has its challenges, some can seem more obvious than others. I would say on the day to day my job isn’t necessarily difficult but there are moments when it can be very challenging. I enjoy solving through problems though so I don’t mind if there are days that seem difficult.

I don’t think my job as a whole is difficult. I think some parts are more difficult than others and they will vary to person to person. Bits like the programming I find alot easier than the some of the documents I have to write to support the software, while others would find the programming alot more difficult than the documents.
I work as part of a team so if something ever gets too difficult then I know I have people to fall back on to help me.

Not the most taxing, but that is also sometimes a drawback of my job that it isn’t too mentally tiring

It can be – a lot of the difficulty comes with the boring tasks, like securing permits, filling out risk assessments, trying to get funding for projects. If I want to do fieldwork (I work with wildlife), I need to comply with many rules before I start, otherwise I wouldn’t be allowed to go ahead with the work.

I think all jobs have difficult aspects to them. For me there are a lot of things that I have to keep organised with and I am having to make decisions that will impact the grades that students get so I have to be focused and thorough as well as being prepared to make difficult choices.
