  Currently, I am 6 months into my PhD and my PhD is funded for 3.5 years by the goverment so I have about 3 year until I have to submit the collection of research I have completed across my PhD in the form of a thesis. I get paid £21k a year across the 3.5 years which makes it a lot less stressful doing research when in my undergraduate degree I had to work a few jobs while doing research!

Question: How long do you think it will be till you complete your PhD, and do you get paid while researching?
